FAQ
How the coaching works
The questions people ask before they apply — delivery, what you need, timing, cost, and scope.
Asynchronously. You work from a personalized Coda dashboard; smart-device data connects through Intervals.icu. Joe reviews your metrics and logs once a week and sends direct notes on what to adjust. Questions and updates get a response within 24 hours on working days.
There are no scheduled video calls by default. It's built to fit around a full working week, not add another meeting to it.
A wearable that tracks sleep (Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Apple Watch and most others work) and a free Intervals.icu account to pipe the data in. That's it. Everything else runs in the Coda dashboard Joe sets up for you.
The first week changes nothing on purpose — it establishes a baseline: your real sleep, your real workspace load, how the working day actually runs. You can't adjust what you haven't measured.
From there it's one pillar at a time: change an input, watch the data, keep what works, move on. Most people feel the first shift within the first month. Anyone selling a 30-day transformation is selling something.
No. New Limits Coaching provides performance engineering and lifestyle coaching. Joe is a performance specialist — not a physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, or clinical therapist. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a persistent or worsening symptom, speak to a qualified clinician, and get clearance from a physician before starting any new training or nutrition protocol.
It helps — the report gives Joe a clear picture of where your friction is before the first conversation, and it tells you whether coaching is the right next step. But you can apply directly from the services page if you already know what you want to work on.
One-to-one coaching runs on 3-, 6-, and 12-month terms, each with a setup fee and a monthly rate — the current numbers are on the services page. There's also a lower-cost maintenance membership for people who've done a full engagement and want to stay on track.
Yes. The billing and cancellation terms are summarized on the services page and set out in full in the terms of service. Coaching is a commitment on both sides, but you're never locked into something that isn't working.
Yes — a live, data-backed workshop that brings the four-pillar framework to a whole team. Tiers and an enquiry form are on the services page under “For teams.”
