Every engagement starts with your own data — not guesswork, not motivation. Pick the depth you need: one-to-one coaching for yourself, or a workshop for your team.
For individuals
One-to-one coaching
Asynchronous performance coaching delivered through a personalized dashboard, with a weekly review of your metrics and a 24-hour response window on working days.
Requires a wearable. Your dashboard pulls sleep, activity and recovery data through Intervals.icu, so you’ll need one of: Garmin Connect, Polar, Suunto, Amazfit, Whoop, Huawei Health, Oura — or a free Google Fit account.
After an initial commitment term, you can move to a month-to-month engagement for active coaching at a 5% premium over the 3-month baseline.
Maintenance membership
$100/mo
A fully hands-off retainer that holds your place on the coaching roster. Capped at 5 slots. No active schedule management unless you upgrade.
Billing and cancellation
- Minimum initial commitment: three months (setup fee plus the first three monthly payments).
- After that it converts to a rolling month-to-month subscription, billed on the 1st.
- Cancellation needs one full billing cycle's notice, given before the 1st.
- The setup fee and previously paid months are non-refundable.

For teams
Workshops
Bring the four-pillar framework to your team — a live, data-backed session that turns the science into a shared operating system.
